Bought a battery five months ago and now it's dead I cant even jump start it.. not sure if they offer warranty on the battery..

Absolutely horrific, brought a brand new battery 6year warranty had,too take,it back it wasn't strong enough had to have it jumped 3 x 3 months by AAA go back in tell them I do not want the battery they tell me you're not getting any money back that will give you another battery please do not go there unless you absolutely have to go to auto parts store call Walmart just don't go there

How can you help a great business? This firm does all the right things. Mike and his team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Mini Cooper R55. Changing the battery is not a big deal but it can be a hassle. I called Mike, made an appointment and it only took 20 minutes and I was on the road, no hassles. If you want a knowledgeable, helpful staff, if you want HIGHLY COMPETITIVE prices with top of the line Interstate batteries, go to Battery Exchange. If you want to pay more for less, go somewhere else.
