The lady who works there is really rude and racist towards anyone that isn’t hispanic. This place is pretty sketchy too, heard a lot of fraud happening to customers picking up money. Beware of this location.

Sent money to a friend to pickup, first time they rejected it because his ID is expired which he cannot renew because of the MVA being closed due to Covid19. So I had to cancel and get another friend to help out in which I didn’t put his middle name because where I’m from we don’t use middle names and they wouldn’t give him the money despite me physically being there saying I’m the sender. Third time when we received the money there was a fake 100 bill within it and when I went back they denied giving a fake and would not even care to help. And did I mention all those 3 visits the women working there was really rude and didn’t seem to care much. I knew for a fact she gave us the fake 100 on purpose because she didn’t even count the money and just quickly gave it to us without even looking at it like if it was already packed before we got there. Also to note, she’s really discriminative as she would serve people her kind with respect and nicely while we were treated like we weren’t welcome there. Never using this service again, terrible experience with this location I hope she gets caught for fruading people.
Roxana as a costumer service is the worst. She needs to learn how to mine her business and not costumers business. Follow what the protocol is and not asking personal question. I been a costumer for years now and never have a problem before until now. The funny part, it was my first time dealing with her. She is working there because she choose to work as a costumer services no one else choose her job for her.
One of the best places ever for sending money to my country, paying bills, and much much more! Great customer service!
