Great service!! K&B Electronics in Rialto, CA I was looking for an iPhone 12 everywhere I could not find it anywhere !!! My BF told me about this place at first I wasn’t sure about this but as soon as I walked in the store I felt welcomed they were trying to help me and didn’t give me any bad vibes. They were super cool, funny and so helpful ! I’m glad I went to this place and walked out with my new phone, case and one for my bf too. We had a great experience with this place. They took their time with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted ! Best customer service ! You won’t regret it.

Scalpers. Plain and simple. Owner, don't bother trying to make it seem like you're just a nice guy with a nice company doing nice things for your customers. Bottom line: LEGITIMATE retailers are selling Playstation 5 for 399 / 499. This company is selling them for well over 1,000. Further evidence of scalping as opposed to simply providing custom service: the amount of advertising and promotional scam that is being used to sell this and other products that are hard to find elsewhere at an extremely bloated price. I'm pretty sure there are laws against doing this, and I hope the karma catches up.

My experience at K&B Electronics was honestly a special treat. Upon entrance I was warmly greeted by the amazing young men who work there, Abdel, Ameer, and Amar. The owner, Juan greeted me and introduced himself and personally helped me find the right option for me. Although I was misinformed, the owner chose to take his time with me and to be honest and trustworthy by making the right recommendation at an amazing price. Their financing options are just as amazing as their service. I was able to get my very expensive laptop with a much more affordable way of paying for it. Take it home today and pay it off later? Yes sir! Overall amazing experience and if I know what's right for my pocket and my own peace of mind, I'm not going anywhere else for electronics needs but K&B Electronics!
