The worse, we all need to head over to the Mayor's office and boycott this. Their late fees are ridiculous, you can't even do payment arrangements! They will shut your water real quick but take their sweet time to turn it back on! My bill is never less than 200 and no matter how hard I try to stay up to date, they always have some excuse or fee! Thief's!

The Classic Taco Food truck

Besides the poor customer service, they are beyond amazing at shutting off water within a missed payment real quick. Not even behind multiple months, just a few days. What a joke, only in business because we are forced to have them supply our water.

This water district sucks, just bought a house in Rialto water bill is a bit high don’t even have sprinklers,I went to the office to pay my bill and the girls behind the counter are really rude.
