The folks at Ennis Products went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They altered a design flaw on the product at no charge. They made sure I was satisfied.

This is a very dishonest business. The people who own and work here have no morals or integrity. Dropped off two Dewalt handheld drills to be repaired. They charge 100 deposit and it was explained that would go towards the repairs. They give you a good sales pitch and make it seem like you will be in good hands but have hidden fees and shady business practices. A week after having two drills that were in working order but needed repair, they informed us that it would be an additional 85 an hour service fee and that didn’t include parts. They also refuse to return the deposit if you don’t have your tools fixed. The repairs and labor would be more than each tool was worth. Agreed to have them fix one drill and would pick up the other drill that was in working order when it was left with them... and they gave it back in pieces. Literal pieces. Informed them that wanted the tool back how it was dropped off, in one piece, and they put the big pieces back together. Later found a bag of smaller parts and they said that was the inside of the drill and refused to put it back together because I wasn’t going to pay the over 200 they wanted to charge for a drill that cost less than that to buy new. Now we are left with a partially disassembled drill that doesn’t work. The business practices at this place are beyond shady. They are taking advantage of people who can’t afford to buy new tools so try to get them fixed, then they hold your tools hostage to their overpriced labor cost, and give you back disassembled tools. I recommend anyone to avoid this business at all cost! Because it will cost you and they will ruin your tools!

Never take you items in need of repairs. Not only may it not be repaired properly, but they will make claims that they didn't work on something if you returned it because of the item being in worse shape than when you brought it in for simple repairs.
