Always happy with my purchases. Prices are great, everything from clay , tools, glazes and chemicals to make glazes are available. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. And the location is so easy to get to!
Don't try to work for them........ an Osha disaster just waiting to happen...........they also don't give you your last paycheck.
The folks at RICH are very accommodating. They mostly supply schools and production potters via delivery, so don't actually have a showroom, but are happy to have individuals come to the warehouse to do a little shopping. Prices are quite fair, and they have a huge selection of clays and chemicals for making glazes and clays.
