This company illegally takes money by creating fake checks. Do you really think you can 'collect' for your clients like this? I'm changing my bank and disputing the charge now.

We hired Richard James & Assoc to collect money owed from customers. In one instance they informed us (via a spreadsheet) they had taken a small payment from the customer and that was all the customer said they owed and they were closing the account. I asked on several occasions if they had credit reported them and only on 1 occasion did I get a response. They did not communicate this with us - we had to follow them up and find out about it. This amount was well short of what we were owed. When I challenge them on this I got an email that they were no longer going to work with us and they were closing our account. They are lazy and uncommunicative, take weeks to respond to emails and never return phone calls. In another instance they made 1 phone call to a customer in 6 weeks! Don't use! You will regret it.

I also like the monthly emailed report with the update of every account we have turned over, whether it is paid, closed or still active. Larry Earl is also great to work with. I highly recommend this company for your collection efforts.
