Joel is awesome. He has experience with our unit from the day it was installed I do not remember how many years ago. He has my absolute trust and confidence.
Our heater stopped working during the coldest week in years ( nightly temps around 3 ). AC Pros was the only place out of 5 or 6 that I called that would come out that day. We were Jason's last stop of the evening, and he showed up and got the work done professionally and in a very courteous and friendly manner. Will definitely use AC Pros again.
AC Pros has been our choice for heating and air-conditioning for about 20 years. The guys are always polite and hard-working. They stay with it until the job is completed. And their response time is great. Cole is very knowledgeable and spends time going over why something is done and helps you to understand. He answers all of your questions satisfactorily. Thank you!
Great job on the installation. Both Osualdo and Ray arrived as expected early in the morning. They worked the entire day on the installation. At the end of the day, we had an awesome new system installed. Our system was 14 years old and I chose the time to replace it instead of having to change it if it had gone out in the middle of the summer. These guys take care of the small details like wrapping tape on the metal straps on the inside unit...keeps me from cutting myself when I am up there changing the filter. A/C Pros has done work for me since early 2000 and have always done great work. Highly recommend.
