After 20 years of owning our home we finally had the opportunity to purchase windows. This company was the best decision I could’ve ever done it truly transformed our home and I’m ecstatic ! The craftsmanship it’s phenomenal and the installers were excellent very professional and quick! It was truly worth the wait and I must say their staff especially Miss Shelley was truly a godsend. Friendly people each step of the way from sales, administration and installers they were fast, measured, made and installed 14 windows, all the same price, installed in a day, I think 4-5 weeks to come in and everything inside the window of time they said it would be. If we had to complain I had to clean up a little glass and everything else was so spectacular it wasn’t an issue. They were the best value as well. We got quotes ranging from 6000.00-20,000.00. We went with Best Buy and are thrilled.

Ok just be prepared for one of the worst experiences of your life using this company! Horrible horrible horrible with calling back, keeping their word, and warranting the products they sale. You will receive a sales pitch of lifetime warranty on parts and labor! Haha haha well jokes on you. You will receive the full runaround with every excuse in the book. Don’t expect this company to go out of their way or even on the way for you. All the 5 star reviews must be fake. No way in the world this company is giving anyone 5 star treatment! If you know what is best for you don’t use “ Best Buy worthless and excuses more like it” I guess I will wait another 6 months and see if I can get my 3 thousand dollar door to actually open and close or better yet I’m going to replace the dang thing and get our attorney to flip Best Buy Windows the bill for the new door! Good luck if you decide to ignore my warnings.

We had all of our windows and back siding glass door put in last year. Had to have them come back out and fix the back door they they did not install properly. It once again would not close correctly. Have been waiting since September for them to send someone out. Our back door does not even lock or open without serious force. Absolutely unprofessional!

We replaced 20 windows in our 40 year old house in Trophy Club. The best face lift money can buy for a home. We have stone/stucco exterior and I was concerned about the aftermath of the window install. No worries. these folks are true professionals. My wife and i are extremely happy. Neighbors love them as well. We made the right choice, Best Buy Windows and Siding.
