I'm a customer of there e. Lancaster location in FortWorth they took money off my debit card and was not supposed to. I have been trying to get my money back and still haven't received my money. I promise I will never do business again with these people

I feel out there online questionnaire about a possible rental I get no reply no phone call no nothing try to call and get human resources instead of an actual person with a voicemail better way to do business good way to lose business good way for me to go someplace else don’t waste your time

this is the worst rental place to ever go too they say they will work with you but they dont the store in mesquite need training because the customer service there is bad they are rude especially if your late with payment seriously dont say you havent been full warned we paid off several things with them wont happen again i had to give it a star if it was my choice it be o stars
