My friend has had a loved one in this facility and it was not a good experience! The facility is dirty and not kept as it should be. The care is terrible! Your loved ones deserve so much more!! I would advise researching all options before admitting here!

I had a relative staying there but, we moved her to another facility because the care was terrible. The decision to move her was due to her developing bed sores. There was also times when we found her covered in feces and urine and that calls for assistance went unanswered for hours. Do your research before committing a loved one to a place like this!

I can’t say enough about my appreciation for this home. They took my mother in on very short notice, & made the admissions process very comfortable. Each and every member of the Cottonwood Creek team – nursing, dietary, custodial, activities, office and physical therapy – treated my mom with the utmost of kindness, good humor, and at times, unlimited patience. I can never praise them enough.

I chose this facility because of the care they have given to my patients in the past. It has been an excellent experience so far, they are living up to my expectations. It's not the largest facility in the area, and not the fanciest, but their patient care is turning out to be the top.
