I contacted the Richardson office after applying to a posting online. Gloria was very quick to tell me that was information wasn't received, then a few minutes into our conversation she suddenly found it. I asked about speaking with the assigned recruiter, she told me her name, Susan will get back to you. She said there was a note in my record stating ecruiter passed\. I asked what that meant, Gloria said she'd leave a message. I never got a call back, and called back later the same day at 4:00 pm. I told Gloria that I believed her and Susan were rude and unprofessional and asked for the name of Susan's boss. Gloria provided it and then I said they both made a terrible first impression. I wrote to Ms. Vicki Walker and told her of my experience. NO RESPONSE. WORST UNEMPLOYMENT AGENCY EVER. Everyone out there looking for help in finding a job. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. You wont get anything here and will be disrespected and waste your time. These people should be fired as I have read the many terrible reviews about Susan. Its unbelievable that she's still employed. Laziness, rudeness and an I don't care attitude has kept her right where she is. The entire office including the mgr, Vicki apparently truly don't care. My experience along with Ms. Walkers lack of action and care will be escalated and perhaps this office will be shut down as they certainly are not getting anyone a JOB!!!

I've been assigned to them for almost a year. They have only called me once for an assignment in that whole time and that job didn't pan out. I have over 10 years of administrative experience and thought they would have been able to help me but not so much.

I was contacted by Susan from Express Personnel in Richardson this afternoon. Her tone with me was short and focused on my compensation for each role I've had. I had questions for her but before I could present them, I got a quick, \I'll get back to you if my client is interested\. Before I could finish the words \thank you\, she'd hung up. She may well have lost a great potential candidate down the road. I've learned that the job search is difficult enough than to give the time of day to someone with bad manners. I usually just blow this sort of thing off. But, it was that bad! In contrast, I had been working with a recruiter from another agency since last week. He was polite and respectful and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for and was able to articulate what his client's needs were. Although the opportunity fell through, he asked me to keep him posted and he would do the same if he came across another opportunity that fit. Wise people don't burn their bridges and good manners project professionalism and integrity. More importantly, they are remembered.
