Another satisfied customer! I lost my passport years ago and I needed a new one as my trip is a month away. The gentleman was patient and was able to help me according to my schedule. He went out of his way to make sure I would understand the entire process (you want to be prepared when you go to the post office). Not only did I receive great customer service, but I received my passport quickly. It would have been frustrating without his help... Highly recommended

Time to renew the passports for the family. It always seems to be such a process. They are helpful and give great advice on prep work to make the process easy. We had previously used this agency a few years ago. Highly recommend them.
Grabbed lots of cash to help us file for Indian visa. We did not get a visa, which is not his fault, it's not up to him. But then we got suspicious and asked him to provide copy of filed applications and proof of payment of fees to the Indian Consulate. Nothing. He basically kept the cash himself. My recommendation, take a day trip to Houston and get your own visa. Yes, the consulate is full of jokers I'd rather not deal with. But it sure beats getting robbed by this joker and then having to deal with the consulate.
My mom needed a passport in 4 weeks and hired him because the passort offices were booked. 3 weeks later he called and said she needed to come pick up her passport. She was able to make it over there 3 days later, thinking she was going to get herj finished passport. She was actually picking up the paper work that still needed to be filed. She then had to wait in line herself for a couple of hours and pay to have portraits retaken because they wouldn't accept the ones she paid him to take. He said it would arrive 3 days before she was supposed to fly out. She ended up having to pay more for a courier to fly it back to her. It was delivered 9 HOURS before she had to leave for the airport. Seeing that he has satisfied customers in the same time period makes me think he takes on more customers than he can handle.
I CAN NEVER BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING IN AMERICA. I SENT MY SISTER TO DO HER BABY'S VISA TO NIGERIA IN AAA GLOBAL PASSPORT IN RICHARDSON. SHE PAID 690 FOR EXPRESS SERVICE FOR 3DAYS/7DAYS. AT THE END OF THE DAY, NO VISA WAS GIVEN AND THE MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT RENDERED . HE GAVE US OUR PASSPORT BACK WITH NO VISA AND TOLD US TO GO TO NIGERIAN EMBASSY IN ATLANTA ON MONDAY WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TRAVEL BACK TO NIGERIA ON THURSDAY. HE IS A SCAMMER, I DON'T ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING.
