Al replaced my blower motor for a fair price. Al was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. I am happy with Hammack Service Company, and the service was a good value. I will be sure to call Hammack next time I need help with my air conditioner or furnace.

I was referred to Hammack last month when my ac was on the fritz. I called first thing in the morning, and were out by 8:30 that day. They took their time looking over the unit trying to find the issue, and got us up and cool just in time for the 100 degree days. Fast forward to this past week, when I noticed that my ac was just not as efficient as it should be. I called them out today to see why, and the problem was found. Because they weren't sure whether the problem existed before or was a result of their visit last month, I was not charged for the fix. I appreciate their honesty and trying to make things right for their customers.

Very honest service company. I had them come out 2 times for a problem with my unit. They tried 2 different solutions but the problem still existed. Asked for a refund and they agreed without any big discussion. Very good business practices. I called them because I got 2 references from others in the area. Ended up replacing the unit.
