We’ve used integrity pools as our pool service for years. They are amazing. Miles came to help us make repairs after the TX winter storm last week. He was professional, informative and solved all our problems. I would highly recommend Miles and Integrity Pools.

Love these guys! Carlin is our weekly pool maintenance technician and he does an amazing job. Our pool is always crystal clear. We have friends visit and they ask me for tips on how I get my water to be so clear. They describe the issues they are having with their pools and ask me for advice. I always reply, I am not a chemist, do yourself a favor and call Integrity pools. I don’t have to think about the pool we just enjoy it. I told Integrity when I first met with them to get a quote for weekly cleaning that I did not want to just have someone show up once a week to pour chemicals in the pool. I wanted someone to maintain the pool and equipment. If understood the request and find a gasket is worn or the pool needs a replacement part, they e-mail me with the cost before replacing it. The part cost they quote are almost the same price as Amazon so I have no idea how they make money on this, but I love it!!
The Big Freeze of 2021 isn't quite over, but because of Miles at Integrity Pools my pool has escaped harm and is still operating perfectly. Just last month I worked with Miles from Integrity to figure out a pretty complicated issue I was having with my pool control system. I was so worried about what an extended freeze situation (right???) would mean for my 15 year old pool. He's a very experienced tech and took the time to really figure out what I needed for the right automation and which parts needed attention for the operation control and reliability that was needed. Instead of just trying to piecemeal replace things he looked at the big picture and actually listened to my concerns and discussed options with me. It both saved money and resulted in the enhanced monitoring and management I needed. And while the temps were in the single digits, my pool was running and staying safe. I don't write many reviews for professional services but these guys actually know their business and I'm guessing there are going to be a lot of folks who will be looking for help. If you've ever worked with pool companies that drove you crazy (I'm raising my hand) with techs who don't know how things work, how to actually do anything but sell new pumps and parts, or who have terrible communication skills, then you will be so glad when Miles shows up to sort things out.
Integrity Pools remodeled our pool, and did everything they said they would do, for the price they promised. The outcome was way more that we expected. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Integrity Pools if you are planning a remodel. Steven is also our weekly pool service provider. Steven and Integrity Pool do a great job. I have not had to do anything to my pool in the past year. It's always clean and clear!
