Kramer Direct does not appreciate their buyers and most FMO's have discontinued a relationship with them. Kramer is by far the worst when it comes to helping agents succeed. They won't return your calls, they make mistakes and won't admit when they're wrong and you will pay the price for it. I highly suggest you don't waste your money and time. Go elsewhere!

I don't know who the other two reviews are from, but this has not been my experience. I have used this company for years and it's the industry standard for direct response mail marketing. It's old fashion response cards and one of the pillars of insurance marketing even in the 21st century with AdSense and PPC, you want to really waist your company's capitol try internet marketing to seniors, not direct mail. Kramer Direct's free Lead Tracker software they give you as a value add is one of the best CRM's I have ever used.
