I was rudely spoken with by the unprofessional older woman before I could be given the intake form it was a total nightmare of the lack of customer service given at a facility that is there to help people, but I was constantly being denied service and repeatedly being told to go back home without an intake or question of payment just assumed I was a charity case, because I gave reference to my covid symptoms, which upon same day I received negative results and possibly pneumonia or flu was case but the visit was prevention for my daughter who was having some slight breathing and congestion .

I’ve never had a bad experience here and everyone I’ve interacted with has been very thorough communicators. I’ll be sticking with this office as long as Denise Russell is there. She is awesome!

When I call for an appointment with the doctor, I do NOT want to be transferred to the Nurse - especially since (1) the doctor TOLD me to come in if I was having problems; and (2) the Nurse is busy - the staff does not need to transfer calls to her, when it is not necessary. One member of the Reception staff in particular has done this more than once. I should not have to drive over to the office and speak to someone in Reception to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Good grief!
