Evil people. Operations system sucks. Production manager incompetent. Under paid staff. They love hiring immigrants that they can talk to poorly and pay low. Some minorities have been there 10, 15 and 20 years without a single promotion. No good.

Very poorly managed company. Incompetance and inefficiency are prevalent. Low intelligence and poor communication, no solidly outlined procedures. I was fired after asking what quotas were expected, and what I could do to improve performance. I had hearf that \I looked too comfortable\ and looked like I was \slacking\ (while working through more parts than either of my coworkers.) The manager called my staffing agency and told them I started a fight with him. I suppose I bruised his fragile ego. This company goes through temps on a daily basis, and no one I had met had been there more than a few months. Those who stay long enough to be offered full time employment are offered an hourly wage less than what they make through their staffing agency. In conclusion, this is a good place to make some easy weekend beer money, but dont expect to stay too long. You can do better. Don't subject yourself to these morons.

Underpaid employees with poor attitudes because of upper management that is overpaid, very disrespectful, mean and self-centered except for the HR department though. HR manager is very nice, respectful, kind & listens which is opposite of the other upper management. Mid-managers were very hard working but again under paid so to pay Operation Managers huge undeserved salary maybe?
