I don't know how they are in business till now. No proctor showed up for my online exam. My exam for AWS certified Solutions Architect was scheduled at 7:30 pm CST on 02/23/21. I checked in at 7:11 pm I waited for 50 mints and no proctor showed up for my exam. I tried to call customer service on 2 different numbers but no one picked up my phone. I called on another number after searching on google and she picked up and again transferred to the customer service. I was on hold for another 20 mints and finally I had to end the call at 8:00 pm. My exam was scheduled to start at 7:30 pm CST but no one showed up and I had to disconnect at 8:00 pm. I called customer service multiple times after that but unable to get hold of any representative. Someone picked up the phone and asked me to call same number as before which was not useful. This is unprofessional from PSI

My test was scheduled for January 8th @ 8:30. I’ve been up here since 8, just waiting, waiting, waiting. I knocked on the door, no answer. I called a customer service number, no answer. I finally found a number to talk someone, finally and let me tell you, she was RUDE, but that’s besides the point. She told me I didn’t have an email on file and that they couldn’t contact me to say that the exam was canceled. I’m like, how? I got a confirmation email saying the time and place for the exam, so how come they couldn’t email me? I’ve drove almost 3 hours and bought a hotel room, for this to be canceled without NOTICE. What a shame. This is terrible.
They asked us to be here 30 min prior to taking the cosmetology practical . My test was scheduled at 1:30 I and 2 other ladies have been here since 12:30! Waiting!! This is most upsetting because I’ve drove two hours and no one is here a total of five ladies who plan their day around for this test! No one is Here. Called PSI and they can’t give us information too. I read so many negative reviews about this location customer service, test scoring and etc. but this is ridiculous! We have been here about a total of 3 hours no show. I can not believe this is how I ended my year! I need a refund this is crazy! 12/31/2020
PSI is a disaster...No functioning website...Nobody to answer phones...Waited on hold 20 minutes to be hung up on 6 times...Texas Dept. Of Agriculture has been notified as well as my congressman and senator. PSI is a failure.
Absolutely pathetic. Made me leave in the middle of my test because I coughed, I’m an asthmatic I have asthmatic bronchitis right now, which means liquid in the lung... I told the proctor this and she told me she did not care and to take it up with psi. Literally kicked me out of the test. Told me to pack and “get out”. Didn’t take anyone’s temperature upon arrival. I’m putting together a law suit and psi will be served.
