Warning others not to use this place. I did a reorder of some vinyl lettering I ordered a year or so ago from this same place (who did an excellent job the first time) and they tried 4 times to get my reorder correct and I still don't have the right items. I don't know if there was a change in management or what but I'm cutting my losses and won't be using this place again. Extremely poor customer service, and quality.

Great People and always ready to help !!! I called today and inquire if they can help me with a banner that did not have holes to hang . This was a banner I ordered online . Ms Sherry was very pleasant over the phone and told me to come in and fixed it with a big smile . We need business and people like them at this challenging times . Supporting fellow local business . I guess I should have checked the review ratings for this location before I ordered my sign but unfortunately I did not…… They have not been given a review since 2017 and I sure hope that they had better service at that time. I started my order on 6/29/ 2020 and I have yet to get it back and install at my business!!! The sign that was ordered was a pan face sign max metal 4x6.The staff has has dropped the ball many times, the service has not been prompt. I’ve had to call them to see what the holdup was not to mention the designer informed me that he was new and did not know much about the letter preference that I wanted them to use…… Wait I’m confused you’re a sign company!!! I have already paid the deposit which is half of the total so I’m pretty much stuck. But I will make sure everyone knows how terrible the business is please pass this review to all your family and friends I am so disappointed because I wanted to patronizing support a business in my community. #Neveragain
