Bas at Smart Techs was a lifesaver for us this week. Our daughter is heading back to the University of Arkansas tomorrow, so the 10 day turn around for the Apple store for a battery repair for a MacBook Pro, was simply not an option. Bas not only replaced the battery, but was able to address some hidden water damage and fix the power button. He was professional and fair with his pricing. Very quick service and very friendly as well, fixed my cracked iPhone screen in about 15 minutes! They quoted me cheaper than what was posted on the website. Highly recommend. Updated: lowering my rating. First replacement screen I got ended up having a solid black line down the middle of the screen after a couple of days. I brought it back and they replaced it quickly and for free, but now when my phone is locked and I get a call, it will not wake up. Phone stays black while the phone is ringing and am unable to answer any calls. Will have to go to the Apple store to get it replaced by them. Also, if you have an iPhone 11 you will not be able to trade it in if you get the screen replaced by a third party. Your phone displays a warning message afterwards.
