This place was one of the few places open during the Texas winter snowstorm weather. These workers deserve all the good karma that comes their way in life. You guys are a blessing for still making it into work and feeding the hungry folks who have no power.

Omg! Never again ever would I go to this place. Order a #8 got something completely different. Ordered 2 Pepsis they were both tasted watered down told the guy he replaced them with the same bad tasting thing since they did not fix the problem. When I mentioned that the order was wrong the guy in charge just stared at me. After a pause he said but I charged you for a number 3...and I said but I ordered a #8 if there's a price difference just let me know. He said no it's fine and continued to not do anything to resolve the situation other than stare I have back the wrong items and asked for the correct ones and I also said since I am holding up the line I will pull around. I asked to have it brought out which or course didn't happen. I went inside to find out that they had not even started making the correct order. Waited a customer in front of me was also complaining after coming through the drive thru about the quality of her food. Another customer came in and had to literally say loudly \hi\ for anyone to acknowledge which they didn't until after a while. I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. I didn't hear an apology for anything not once. Not for waiting not for the wrong food and they also didn't apologize to 1 person with a grievance that i witnessed. I can believe all the negative reviews and issues and nothing seems to have been done to make it better. The floor in their work space was dirty needed to be sweeped. Did not eat the food if they can pay attention to the simplest of things can't imagine hygiene and food prep being high up in that place.

January 28, 2021. Store number 035432 Richardson, TX 75081. Manager on duty on the graveyard shift is very disrespectful. After getting the wrong order, he refused to make the order right and refused to refund the order. He also refused to give me his name and his supervisors name. He even told me he owned taco bell, get out of his drive through and never come back. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved.

Vegetarian and non-beef eaters better check your orders before you leave this taco bell. I've had beef items incorrectly placed inside my order 2x in a row. Too late to fix it the first time, 2nd time I went back and they replaced it. Ordered both times via mobile order - how hard is it to read the order correctly the first time?

I give it 4 stars because the food is really good, but the service sucks. Lady had me waiting at the register to order for 5min. She saw me while she was working drive thru and looking at the kiosk as if I'm supposed to use it to order. There is no personal service in using a kiosk and I won't use kiosk to help eliminate jobs for humans. When she did take my order, she is rushing me bc she is the only one back there. She's giving me the total before I'm even done. SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT and the floors need cleaned.
