This place is simply the best thing in the world. Amazing/authentic Taiwanese food. Cheap prices(7 for 3 dishes two scoops of rice unlimited soup AND 1.5 boba if you get it with your meal!!). Authentic vibe, including some workers that only speak Taiwanese(which I love!). If someone felt uncomfortable here, they probably aren't accustomed to Asian culture where some restaurants have a lot of non-English speakers. I say to them, try new things that make you uncomfortable!

It is an older small place. Don't expect it is a fancy looking restaurant. But their food is very good and reasonable priced. I ordered two bowls of noodles. Both noodles were using fresh hand made noodles which had to be made in the restaurant.
Nice traditional mainland Xi’an food. Their Oil splash noodle is my fav. Price is reasonable. The cleanness can be improved.
