From the moment we picked our granite through measuring, template, and installation we felt very informed and updated throughout the process. Thank you for making this so easy and smooth! What a great experience to work with all the folks at TX Counter Fitters. Shout out to my sales guru Lisa Price! What a star! She held my hand, nudged me along, showed me all kinds of great options and ultimately MADE IT HAPPEN after 3 years of my own indecision. And now ... I couldn’t be happier with my new Cambria Quartzite kitchen counters!! The operation was TURN KEY and the install crew was FABULOUS! On time, super meticulous and there to make me happy! Literally you CANNOT see the seams. The fabrication process was awesome. I approved the final layout at the yard. Lisa’s clear vision and hard work created spectacular results. Special thanks to the owners Chris and Andrew!! What special, caring people. Love this company!!

Pleading for the installation of my bathroom counter one day before scheduled date but company refuses to help me out! So Dissatisfied with customer service. I’ve paid for half Of my order now need to stick with order but wish I had not done business with them. VERY NOT FLEXIBLE!! Ok it’s important to be able to tell the whole story to the public! after speaking to Chris who assured me he would do whatever possible to accommodate my installation HE MADE IT HAPPEN! The quality of the product was gorgeous even My designer was impressed! The install Was Handled with white gloves!! Perfect job when it was all said and done! Very happy and satisfied with this company will recommend to my sister who is ready to start her new home remodeling project! They have a huge variety of stones and slabs plus you can buy just what you need!! Must fabricators make you by a whole slab! Thank you Counter-fitters for my happy ending!

Product itself is good but workmanship and installation lacking. Counter holes for fixtures not cut precisely enough for faucets and sinks - plumber had to get creative. One counter section too long and had to embed into wall then patch wall. And the install team gashed several areas of trim and walls not to mention left a huge mess to clean up. Follow up after payment was poor. All these issues were manageable but you should get better service spending this kind of money.

Such a great experience! I was redoing my laundry room and decided to try Texas Counter Fitters. The process was seamless from the moment I walked in and met Lisa Price! She helped me pick out a beautiful Quartz and the measurement process and install were quick and easy!! I am in love with my countertop and highly recommend Texas Counter Fitters.
