I am very impressed with their customer service. I have ordered a Birthday specialty box full of delicious cookies for my friend. When she sent me a picture of the box, to me it did not look like the one from their website. I called them and they went above and beyond to make it right. The thing was, I did not see the full picture of the box as it was delivered to realize in time that the delivery was actually acceptable the first time. Thank you for making my friend's birthday special and thank you all for your hard work. Special thanks to your delivery service. Thank you!

Normally I don't order from a competitor, but this was the special occasion to do so, and I am glad I chose Tiff's Treats. Ordering in store was extremely easy. Service was quick, and timely. Overall, great product and delivery. I would order again. Total price for a dozen cookies in \I love you\ packaging, delivery fee, tip, and mylar balloons was 33.
My 2nd time getting cookies from this place. And nothing short of amazing is this company. 1st time ordered for them fresh and hot felt like they just come out of the oven. The 2nd time was to pick up ran behind schedule but when I went to pick up offered to remake my cookies fresh and hot. A1 service all around in my book.!!!!!
So you call the store and it takes you to the customer service line... they tell you it would faster to walk in and pick up because for them, its 40 minutes.. go to the store, sign says 5 people allowed in at at time. The young lady ask me to wait outside...1 customer inside... Get inside to place order. The young lady says they are out of chocolate chip to make my order complete.. Get an oder made, paid and out the door added 2 extra warm cookies to the order to sample.... my final straw.. THE WARM COOKIES ARE COLD WITHIN 1 MINUTE OF LEAVING THE STORE. YALL CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!! AND SHOULD FOR WHAT WE ARE PAYING. This was Campbell and 75. Might go back to Firewheel after a serious break.
