I had an AMAZING experience when I purchased a new vehicle back in July. This was my second time coming back to Town North Mazda for a second Mazda. Both times I had David as the salesperson helping me out. David was very accommodating and listened to all my needs, was very understanding and walked me through every nuance of purchasing a new vehicle. This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to, whether it’s for service or to purchase a vehicle. They are straight to the point and are very excellent at what they do. Alex along with David helped me with every single question I had and made me feel like I was family. Thank you so much for this amazing, and memorable experience, you never disappoint!!!

I found myself reaching out to Fabián after going to another dealership and having an awful experience. Fabián replied quickly even though he wasn’t at work. He immediately offered to take great care of me and made me a great deal. He was happy to locate what I wanted. No excuses no I can’t or I’m Sorry we can’t find it like the other dealer, just no problem I’ll take care of it. Fabián is excellent and the sales managers (Will & Christian) were a great help too. They listen they won’t play games, (like other dealers do) they are easy going, and genuinely nice people to work with. If you want great service, a good deal, and a top notch experience, go visit Mazda Town North and ask for Fabián. They are the best !!!
