Dr. Jeyarajah is a wonderful surgeon. I had surgery a little over a month ago and he has taken great care of me. The surgery went perfect and he made me feel very comfortable about everything that he was planning on doing. He made sure I was taken care of and comfortable after surgery as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. J.

Office staff and procedures are the worst. The online \forms\ their email linked us to were for hospital admission not their office admission. My wife has a disability and can't write. When we arrived the receptionist told me I was not allowed to accompany my wife to the office even though she has a disability. When she arrived at the office they told her that she had the wrong forms and would need to fill out the office forms. She explained that she can't write and that they would need to call the receptionist on the first floor to give me permission to come up to fill out the forms. The office staff told her they wouldn't allow me to come up. She again told the office staff that she can't write. They told her she would have to fill out the forms or leave, so she left.

My account of Dr. Cho: When I questioned Dr Cho at Methodist hospital on his lack of proper treatment (failure to check on for for 3 days while I was in the hospital with acute appendicitis, his failure to order any labs or scans to see if the infection was improving, he ran out of the room. He never returned... I was vomiting, feverish, crashing, and he NEVER returned and stopped answering the Nurse’s calls and requests. The look of sadness and helplessness on those Nurses’ faces haunts me right now. I went to Medical City Dallas hospital and they immediately removed my perforated appendix so I would not DIE.

Dr. Jeyarajah is knowledge and nice, but the waiting time is very long at the office. Please work on your scheduling system. I waited an hour last time to see him, and this time I have waited almost 40 mins in the checkin area to just get to the smaller waiting room. Then I waited another 40 minutes just to see him for a 5 min talk. It’s outrageous. People have better things to do.
