We had to give same information over and over. Left hand doesn't communicate with the right hand. Admitted they forgot about us and had to remind them to file taxes. Lost a payment and took 3 months for them to find it. We agreed to pay final payment with refund. I even sent an email with update on refund. Needless to say, got a call about an open invoice. We went ahead and paid it just so we can be done with them.

Terrible CPA, terrible attitude. I have to call repeatedly to get an answer. Elza refuses to call me back. Will never use again. Don’t waste your time.
