So... I fell for the grey hair trend (which is really cute and you should do it) a few years ago and TOTALLY DAMAGED my hair from all the bleaching. I was actually pretty embarrassed. Coley has a way of not patronizing her customers mistakes with their hair. She helped cut off the damage over a few appointments so that I could still feel cute while my hair slowly returned back to its healthy state. She is literally the only person I’ve been going to for her insane knowledge about hair but also for care of her customers.
