We really enjoyed working with Deck and Basement Company on our recent deck remodel. We had a 20 year old deck that wasn't installed properly, so we tore it down and had Deck and Basement company build a maintenance free TimberTech deck with stairs. From the day I first inquired about a deck quote to the finished project the company was quick to answer all my crazy questions and help us pick a deck we love. After a slight delay, the deck was built in less than 5 working days. At the end of everyday, the crew did a phenomenal job cleaning up their work space. Their prices came a few grand under or equal to the other quotes we got, but their customer service set them apart. At one time, we were concerned about where the footings would land in relation to our retaining wall and sump pump drain so they had the builder come back out to measure and put us at ease. We also had an issue with some mold on the old ledger board, but they took care of that as well (with a minimal up-charge for the extra labor and materials.) We felt very confident in hiring Deck and Basement Company to complete our project. We would definitely recommend them and consider them for future home projects.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. They have prompt and reliable customer support. They also stand by their products. We purchased our deck while building a new home. Initially, builder contracted with them, then walked away. When we noticed warped boards and a couple of other things a few months later, company representative promptly responded to our inquiry and all was repaired within a few days! We will be happy to work with them again.
