Nice shop but the bubble bags fell apart that i bought, got plastic flaky stuff in my run. Bummer, i know they didnt make them so i cant fault them much, they were expensive due to the size though. Edit: thanks for being willing to make it right in a very timely manner.

Lots of beautiful plants
Not one body, in my view, seems to take the time to do what's right these days. When things go well, we've been so programmed to respond to all the lousy customer service, that when we're finally treated right we shrug it off, quickly thinking about what we have to do next. I believe, nay, am aware that good reviews do affect a business' ability to prosper. Not just good word of mouth, if you're unaware, it can change the costs, that a business pays to their wholesaler's, for the goods and services they're providing to us. If you want to keep things American made and reasonably priced, and you need to take the time to send in good reviews when good things happen. Unfortunately, it's so difficult for people to do the right thing business is literally have to offer rewards to get you to review them. Sorry to start with the rant however, I've been so pleased with Greener gardens business that not only do I drive all the way across town, past two other stores, to patron Greener gardens I went one step further. I actually went out and found two additional days of work this week just so that I could spend the proceeds at Greener gardens. I did so because Greener gardens went above and beyond to do something nice for me. These are the only two ways I know how to repay that good service. I hope at least by example, others can do the same. THANK YOU GREENER GARDENS!!
The most rude employee named Tom whom of which couldnt stop using the f word, as I ask his politely to stop, he told me to f off and to leave the store. I asked to speak to the owner/ manager and he ope not in five years has he cared so f off and leave!\ I cannot believe this guy! Or the owner for that matter since he allows his employees to speak to customers this way! I will never ever step foot into this store again and I hope you don't either. Who in their right mind would spend money at this very rude Nd disrespectful place. There are other stores in the city to go to that would never treat their customers like that. Or you can go online it's way cheaper and someone won't tell you to f off and leave.... Tom learn some respect and watch your mouth.
Great staff and have most everything you need, but Staff is awesome and helpful.
