Waited for about 2 hours while there were only 2 people waiting. Then someone comes out 30 minutes before break time and says they're going to lunch, so then I wait another 45 minutes. They then let the person who checked in after me to go first. My visit ended up being a total of 10 minutes. Easier to drive to a different town than to go here again.

I'm not sure why so many low reviews. I checked in online and got in when it said I would. They were quick and nice

Consistently long wait times of over 1 hour . After work I decided to check in online prior to reaching the clinic. There was not supposed to be any wait, when I arrived at the clinic I had been kicked off of the wait list and once again the wait was over 1 hour. They should invest in better software for their wait list.

We arrived 30 to 40 minutes before they closed. Waited at least 20 minutes for someone to enter information into the one and only kiosk. by the time we were able to enter her information they were not taking any more patients. They need more Kiosks and more help.

I've brought my kids several times and we've always had good experiences. Yes there is sometimes a wait but online check in is helpful and any urgent care of going to have a wait.
