I recently had to put my elderly pet to sleep. My vet uses Peaceful Pets for cremation. Nothing short of amazing quality, service and professionalism. In my time of deep sorrow they stepped up above and beyond. They also has her back to my quickly. Highly recommend for all pet owners!

After 10yrs my family dog passed away, Peaceful Pets was very responsive. They were able to pick him up and return his remains in a timely manner, in a elegant custom engraved wooden box. I appreciate how smooth the whole process was.
I have absolutely zero regrets with using Peaceful Pets. After unexpectedly losing our dog Dexter a week ago I reached out to Peaceful Pets as an alternative to burying him. I called their number at approximately 8 at night and reached an answering service. I recieved a call back from Matt less than 30 minutes later at 830 at night. After talking with Matt that night we decided to move forward with them and made an appointment for 9 the next morning to have him picked up. When the driver showed up he was very personable and attentive allowing us time to pay our final respects. What they do not publicize, that I think they should, is that they are partnered with a reputable funeral home adding to the professionalism. We went with the \standard package\ and added additional paw prints for our children. We were allowed to add 3 lines of text to the wooden urn and after several days of debates we were able to send an email to them with the text. We recieved Dexter back two days later in the beautiful urn accompanied by three nice gift boxes containing the paw prints and tuft of fur. The entire experience was handled so well by Peaceful pets making this tragic situation a little easier for us. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Losing my sweet Chloe at 18 years was devastating. Everyone I talked with from my first phone call, to when they picked her up, and when they brought her home were wonderful. Compassionate and understanding. I am so happy with her urn, paw print and tuft of fur that I also got. I hope I don’t have to go through this again for a long time, but it is comforting to know they are there when you need them. ️
I strongly advise anyone reading this to never use their service, whether it be private or as an extension of a veterinary clinic. After my cat of 12 years was put to sleep, Oak Creek Veterinarian used their services and gave me his remains back in a plastic bag and a cardboard box. Apparently, that’s the “Urn”. After getting nowhere with them, I called this place directly to rectify the situation. I was called back by someone named “Holly” (I’m guessing she was a supervisor, and a poor one at that) and I explained the situation calmly and clearly, despite just getting off the phone with the Oak Creek Vet. I explained the situation to her and she “apologized” that it wasn’t properly explained to me by Oak Creek vets, but I got the same answer: “that’s our standard package”. Even though I was disgusted, I kept my composure, and all I said was “please take the word ‘Urn’ off of your paperwork, because a cardboard box and a plastic bag is not an Urn and you will save a lot of people the same heartbreak I’m feeling right now”. Her response? She accused me of yelling at her, which was not the case. Even my wife, who was next to me during the phone call, gave me a “is she serious?” look. It was obvious she was accusing me of yelling just so she can end the phone conversation after I pointed out how disgusting their practice was. You don’t advertise “urn” and then give someone a cardboard box with their loved one’s remains in a plastic bag. Absolute cowardice. I strongly advise not using this service in the future.
