They are helpful and usually knowledgeable about their products but they seem unwilling at times to deal with customers who purchase from other RV DEALERS. I winterized here twice now, so far no issues. I am considering upgrading my RV and this could be a candidate for my next stop.

We were looking for a nice used camper to start camping. After going to countless places and dealing with pushy salesman, Roskopfs was our last place. We were worked with Dan and couldn't be happier. He helped us with all of our questions being first time campers and the service department helped SO MUCH with the walk through. We couldn't have been happier with out experience!
Only open until 1pm on Saturday. Really? Ridiculous. Not taking off work to look at RV's.
Customer service is 5 star hands down. Dan is knowledgeable salesman, willing to show you, and explain anything and everything. We went to Camping world first, and they made us run away fast. Roskopf's has no hidden fees, upcharge, showing camper charge. Just list price, tax and registration. Well we are happy camper's. Thanks Dan
Very knowledgeable, friendly sales staff (thanks Steve!), and training on how to use the RV is excellent. Looking forward to our adventures and service when needed from Roskopf's RV.
