poor quality and workman ship ordered off frame modular came in nothing like the model our cabinets are cheap staples showing through cabinets staples coming through floor covering sheet rock walls look like they are peeling caulk at cabinets looks like a 1 year old put it in place holes at wall where counter top corners meet wall this was filled with caulk still looks horrible floor is uneven and has places in it that dip down carpet is cheap very little if any padding sounds like you are walking on water shower doors are cheap and fall off track access door under house is very difficult to open water dripping from recessed light in master bath room has occurred 3 different times during rains repair man came out to fix this was repaired after the 3rd time blinds make popping sound when opening and closing finish on doors peels off very disappointed in this house the models are made to look like high quality house however the house you get is not a quality house it is very cheap and poorly built we have been in this house since august of 2018 brand new house with all these problems in such a short amount of time I can only imagine the problems going forward we wish a million times we would have not built a schult house they are terrible we are stuck now as I doubt the resale value would be very good if you want a cheap poorly built house then schult is the answer if you want a good quality built house stay away from schult
