Excellent, timely and professional service. Sure, typewriters are a thing of the past so finding someone knowledgable, friendly and honest to work on one is priceless. I have a 1920's Remington that my 17 year old nephew wanted to use (go figure) so I had a new ribbon installed by Vale. Very happy with their service.
