Clean facilities, bus drivers are usually knowledge and friendly. Busses are clean and sanitary. Also bus service runs till 10 pm.

Use it twice a week. Never too crowded. They are doing construction at the original place. Can't wait until I see what new things they're gonna add!
Ben Franklin transit needs a lot of work still but they're getting there. Only game in town when it comes to public transportation so they tend to go at their own pace it seems. Guess it's better than nothing?
Easy to transfer and find. Could use a bathroom for riders. Drivers are safe and slow through it.
