My son was referred here for an allergy appointment. As soon as we got there, no one could figure out why we were there. I had to repeat myself multiple times to remind them that my son was the patient and he needed to be seen for his peanut allergy. They had me fill out paperwork in the patient room where no one came to check on us for an hour. When I opened the door a girl was sitting there looking confused and to be honest very off or highly medicated. She took my clipboard after asking who we were there to see and why. We waited 30 more minutes before she came back in again to ask why we were there. Come to find out they had scheduled my son for an OB appointment!! But no one told me. I googled the doc name. No one tried to fix the error they just had us wait on the wrong doctor.. Dr Green! I don’t trust this place. I walked out; they aren’t touching my son. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing but wanted to pretend like they did. Scary!

Office staff is terrible. The good drs quit. Avoid at all costs
-0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE! This is the most twisted wanna be doctors office. The receptions are terrible, they are extremely rude and don’t care about anyone’s health or wellbeing. NOTHING is priority to them. Seriously this place needs to be shut Down!!!!!
I would not recommend this "medical center" to anyone. The lack of professionalism and the way I was treated by the receptionist was terrible. On the other hand, I do like my doctor Jillian Webb. She is kind and professional.
From personal experience, I can truly testify that all the providers and medical staff are wonderful and caring people. They are all of one frame of mind and it is to strive to provide the best possible care to our patients. Like all other medical offices, ZMC Wellness is a busy doctor's office and at times the wait may run long, because our dedicated providers take their time to listen to the patients. I recommend to all who are looking for a place to take care of your health needs, to pay us a visit to meet the staff and providers. We welcome medicare/medicaid patients and major commercial insurance and offer cash discounts to self-pay patients.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was really that bad. Please avoid these people like the plague, or should I say Covid.... Terrible business, Terrible staff and just all around completely unprofessional. Avoid these "doctors" if you value your health. Seriously. I am taking them to court next month for hippaa violations as well as breach of oath. Very bad people.
HIPAA laws are NOT followed here. Secretarys that pretend to be nurses, and also violate privacy laws. Video call doctor visits in the lobby for all to experience. Completely unprofessional SECRETARYS. Little cholas running the front desk with bad attitudes. Be prepared to have them try to tell you the laws as well Can anybody say PILL FARM??? Tell them what u want, Pay your Co-Pay and leave. Hmm wonder why the owner is headed to FEDERAL PRISON?? How can they still operate?
ALL the staff is amazing, they are friendly, professional and so helpful. I have lived in chronic pain for over nine years. I have seen A LOT of doctors. These guys have been the best. I would highly recommend them. I just started seeing one of their new doctor Jillian and I love her! I am so thankful I found Zain medical!!
