I worked for Ms Thomas years ago did security at I believe riteaid or CVS I have a background now so I don't even know if I could work back here I don't have my dcjs card no more I stay in Northside of Richmond plus I don't drive . Got my rent money for the month of September but after that prolly a be homeless. I ask the Lord to help me out of this rut or just killme from this world.

I've worked for Capt. Thomas for a few months now. She is a very fair and hard working lady. She treats her employees with a lot of respect and takes care of them. Able Security has recently started offering health benefits as well. Some of the work can change due to changes in the contracts, but if you're flexible, you can get all the hours that you want.

This review is more for people looking to work here. I worked here. Very bad place to work. Very low pay. They don't get your pay right. They send you far away. And still only want to pay 8.00 a hour. They will send 2 guards to a shift. And make you spit the pay with the other guard. For a 8 hour shift 2 guards will go. You only get paid for 4 hours but have to work 8. They wait last minute to tell you stuff about your pay. They will mess up your pay. The owner captain Thomas is very awkward and makes employees feel uncomfortable. She asked me to do illegal stuff during my security duty's. Lied to me about my pay. Very unprofessional business. Its a joke.
