Went in recently to return a swim top, and the first employee I encountered was immediately helpful! Next, the girl at the checkout was great also! Haven't shopped in store at AE in YEARS but the employees made it such an enjoyable experience!

My son loves this store. I bought him jeans from there at Christmas. 2 out of the 4 pair ripped in crouch. He only wore them a couple times. To expensive to be doing that after just wearing a couple times. I'm still going to try and take them back. Just waiting until I have the time. I'll post something, if I get anywhere with returns this late. I'm not happy this time. First time I ever had problem with their clothes.

I came in today and did not get greeted. I walked around and looked at somethings and others didn’t get greeted either. The manager and associate stood up front talking not acknowledging anyone. I picked up somethings and never got asked if I was okay or did I need a fitting room, I had to ask for one. I get to the fitting room and I push the button for assistance and the girl working asked “what do you need?” And had an attitude because I wanted another size. I’ve worked retail and have been in management positions and that’s not how you treat your customers. The service was so bad I just left. I would rather to continue to shop online.

It's a cool place to shop, they don't always have everything when it comes down to certain things still have one of the other I didn't tell you have to order it online. I can't stand that.

Came in to look for jeans and did not get greeted or offered any help. Although, they had plenty of merchandise to offer I had left with none. Would not go back again to this store nor recommend to others.
