Great store with an awesome selection ranging from the very good audiophile level to stratospheric and probably generally unobtainable. The staff is happy to sit you down and let you try out stuff in and out of your budget. Their knowledge base, honesty and price competitiveness are great. Also they do consignment sales and can get a wide variety of most things sound and video even if not in store.

Donnie and the rest of the team are absolutely stellar. I called on a Sunday and he picked up the phone and we chatted about analog stereo equipment for a while. He really knows his stuff, and I appreciated the conversation. I came down a few days later and they set me up with an amazing deal. Speakers, turn table, tape deck, am/fm and CD player for less than 500. Nowhere in Richmond have I been able to find this kind of a deal and quality service. Happy to say I’ll be referring each and every person I meet to go check them out. If you’re looking for vintage gear (a record or tape player) these are your guys. Thanks a ton Donnie!!
