Great company, professional techs. They offer 24 hour emergency service (something hard to find.) They have a verity of techs from different backgrounds, so whatever you need done, they've got a guy who specializes in that task. The only company in richmond I would call.

I called to have a furnace worked on. They gave me a time and assured me they would be there. They were a no call no show. So I had to call them back to find that they had just forgotten.. told me he was going to have his boss call me to sort things out. I've still never heard from his boss. Very unprofessional!

Well guy came put told me 2600 around been bout a week never sent quote called 6 times since and well 2600 was double the last quote from diffrent company y So well I would of payed it but now I'm annoyed no call b as cl no nothing I need my electric done I have money in fact we have enough to pay all upfront but well no company wants to call back or stick to their word and show so I'm gonna go head blast u all on f as Facebook along with the other company's that dont get back to me. Sorry for the anger but man I'm tired of run around by all the company's in richmond my family needs electric in the new home we just purchased not renting either we bought it hopefully someone calls me back with an apology or to let me know they will get started Man oh man sorry for bad review will change when this is made right not a way to do business truly at all Ignoring customers or future clients is bogus
