Nice nature trails, good fishing, and some historic buildings. Decent parking, close to Maymont park.

George Washington dined here at the only remaining slave-built stone arches on the Kanawha Canal. This is a great relaxing place to stroll in the winter when the greenery has died back. Summer is a bit overgrown.
This is another one of those beautiful places Richmond has to offer. It's a nice little scenic walk down to the river in a secluded little area. Plenty of places to hop in over here. Great place for when its really hot outside!
Great piece of Richmond history. Victorian-Gothic style architecture. With an open air dance floor on the upper level, it was once a nightlife spot in the early 20th century.
Very interesting historical structure near Kanawha canal and James River trails. It would be great to renovate the inside to utilize this lovely place by the James River. Hike west along the trail to Washington's Arch. Signage is spotty but you can find Hx on your phone
