If you desire is to find a physician/practice that is well organized, on-time with Rx refills, getting referrals sent over in a timely mammer, knowledgeable front desk and medical staff, being able to access your patient portal etc. then keeping looking, because CAHN isn't the place. It's like medical services for the destitute or those with SUPER limited resources. Of course that's the only reason l dealt with them.

I had a great experience at CAHN'S Northside location today! Dr. Saka was so sweet and understanding on top of being incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, I've had doctor's that haven't always listened but Dr. Saka really listens! I also had to get blood drawn today and Larrette was the woman that did the actual drawing. I have pretty severe anxiety related to needles and blood and she made the process seriously so painless. I've never had an easier blood drawing experience! Overall, so happy to have my new PCP in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with my experience!

Dr staples is a joke. Thinks she god Didnt even reorder none of my c.o.0 P.d. meds. Was worried to much on rest of my business..like shes my momma. Im done i should have never went back there

Do not go here for COVID 19 testing. The Drive thru testing is a joke. If you are a punctual person like myself, you will be the last to be seen. The staff has no real system in place for who gets tested first. Whoever pulls into the parking lot last will be the first to be tested even though others were there first. Save yourself some time and go to patient first.

My experience was exceptional. The office was clean, the staff were friendly. I came in the afternoon, and had absolutely no wait. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I had no insurance, and paid 50.00 for their services. Well worth it! I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Vango was amazing!
