Me and my family just moved here in December. Wee love it. Everyone is courteous with our needs. Everyone is cooperative. Everything was in place, and no worries. We even had a washer and dryer replacement with no problems. We are happy, and excited to grow with you guys here at Copper Mill! Blessings and Prosperity to You!

One good thing about this apartment is office and maintenance staffs, they are very helpful and dedicated guys. Stayed here for one year and from our experience not worth for the money we are paying especially for the 'Pemberton' 2bhk.. We can find other better options with more facilities nearby itself.. Community lacks children's play area. Should use the near by apartment play area and other buildings. No dedicated area for dogs. Majority of the tenants have dogs and you can find the dog waste everywhere around the apartment area.. Sometimes the parking is also a horrible thing. There should be some regulations or allotment for vehicles.. 'luxury' remains only in the apartment name..My humble suggestion is that they should improve the quality of services and amenities based on the rent, then it will be a great place to live..

Buildings are literally not safe, air is not clean, low chandeliers/exposed wires, rats and roaches, and exposed nails in bathroom and patio EDIT: In response to property management, their 'solutions' were the lowest effort things I have ever seen. They did not even address half the items in this complaint, or that I have sent to them in private emails.

Apartments are not cleaned very well between tenants, air in the apartments are not fresh, community is dirty. May seem nice at first glance but this neighborhood is the definition of 'putting lipstick on a pig.' Things will get worse after months of living here and you will start to notice how run-down it actually is. Problems after problems after problems. Avoid at all costs.

WHERE DO I BEGIN.... AWFUL EXPERIENCE HERE!!!. rats and roaches everywhere. it also smelled like feces. Exposed nails almost gave me tetanus like 30 times. Poor Building 0/5 DO NOT LIVE HERE
