Wish the owner of this business would open up more businesses in the area. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Owner was knowledgable, flexible, and very direct while still maintaining a friendly conversation (difficult to do). Regardless of how much cheaper internet options become, I will continue going to crown trophy for any services they provide as it still feels like a better value. My only issue is, they did such a good job putting 6 new plaques on one side of a trophy, that the flaws in the previous plaques on the first side are now evident. I am generally compelled to leave feedback when I’ve had a negative experience; this was so good, I couldn’t help but try to share.

I had a VERY LARGE order placed (more than 240 trophies) and all of the trophies came in on time, were packaged nicely, and they even organized the trophies based on what type they were for me. I made a mistake on about 10 of the trophies and had to get them redone with a two-day turnover. Crown Trophy said it was no problem to fix the mistakes that I made on my end and they gave me all the trophies within a timely manner. Everyone I worked with was very nice!
