They treat people like criminals here even if you are just asking questions. To the staff at Justice of the Peace, PCT 1, PL 2...the public does not know the information that you know so when people come in asking questions and trying to take care of their responsibilities have some EMPATHY! Some people have not lived here long enough to know the procedures of taking driving courses, what district court is what and if Missouri City courts are different from Fort Bend. The two times I came in here I was treated like a criminal and dismissed. The staff is rude, could care less about the public and simply enjoy giving people the run around. I pray I never have to visit this location again for ANYTHING!
