This company is the worst. Continually hung up on us when we tried to figure out why we owed over 400 in our water bill. Ultimately had no explanation for the charges and had to pay the amount or be charged an extra 50. The worst part about this company is there is no other option in our area. Yay government monopolies. If you can, do not move into a neighborhood run by these crooks. You will save yourself a lot of money and anger. I hate you Fort Bend Mud.
