If there was an option to leave no-star review, that would be best fit for this dealership. Made me drive almost 6 hours for a truck that wasn’t available. Told me the night before to go to the bank and get bank checks made out to the dealer, which I did to find out they had sold the truck “the night before right before they closed”. BEWARE. Don’t even waste your time going to this place. The sales Manager told me to “go back to PA” when I tried to take the issue up with him him.

Dropped my car off for warranty work about 4-5 days ago and I have yet to be able to talk to someone about what is going on. I have not received an update on my vehicle other than a text message stating they are waiting for diagnostic days ago and nobody will answer the phone for me to get a loaner vehicle other than someone who talked to me for a brief minute saying I will receive a phone call and never did. I have also not received my second key for my car that I was told I would get a call back for when I can pick it up and when I bought the car I did not even get a full tank of gas and was left with a quarter tank.

If I could give this place a lower review I absolutely would. My husband dropped his truck off for a diagnostic and inspection on December 23rd, 2020 and we didn’t hear anything from Ford for 3 weeks which was us reaching out to them. When we finally got a call back they said that they “can’t figure out what is wrong and didn’t want to give it back with no answer”. He gave them the benefit of the doubt and said that he would just like updates from now on. Fast forward another 3 weeks and we heard nothing again. He called and told them that he wanted to pick his truck up today FEBRUARY 10th! With just an inspection. Then they tell us they won’t inspect it because the airbag light is on(wasn’t the day we dropped it off). And Never once mentioned it for the 49 days they had the vehicle. Then fed him basically a “problem” that would cost 3-4000. I told him I refused to let them have the his truck sitting in Fords parking lot another day. We went and picked it up last night which he had to pay 100 for the diagnostic that they told us they didn’t have the past almost 2 months. Unbelievable. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere els. Currently trying to find a corporate number to call.

I don't give up 5 stars easily. Worked with LeDonta most of a Saturday to get a truck. I was being pretty picky, and he was patient. Took me to another dealership to check out one of their vehicles. I settled on the one I looked at first. Was really impressed with the staff and lack of high pressure tactics. I expect to visit again soon for an additional vehicle.
