The manner in which some (some not all) of the workers speak to you or leave unprofessional, nasty voicemails doesn't give much of a good impression of the state/Commonwealth in general. While the parents are expected to respond within 10 days no matter the circumstances, they are allowed to have paperwork, yes paperwork left over for months at a time before responding to you. The call center they are contracted with have some of the rudest people on Earth. It appears the new thing is to have the line on hold, the representative answers and then hangs up. I guess they can blame it on the system for dropping the call more than twice.

Horrible customer service. They hold my child support payment for almost three full weeks before I receive it. After I was told direct deposit was faster it’s been a nightmare. They always say “give it five to ten business days” and it took 17 days. Hate dealing with these people.

Always do it yourself. Go to the courthouse and fill out the paper work. The clerks are nicer and helpful. All you need to do is file for \warrant in debt\ they will give you a much sooner court date. Those people at child support are the most incompedint people with no care for others.

Every Dad isn't a bad one. It's great Fathers out here who love their child(ren) and I'm like of them. This agency only focuses on what's Important to them. I've called several time to have my support reduced to my job situation and no response. When the mothers of my children cant or dont want to understand that my Income has changed, This agency should.

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! SMART WITH AN ATTITUTE, I WONDER WHY HAVE THESE SO CALL WORKERS IF YOU'RE NOT HELPFUL!! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE PERIOD! I WONDER IF RICHMOND LIKE THAT AND I'M CALLING FROM COLUMBUS OHIO! IT'S ALL ABOUT ME GETTING VISITATION! POOR HELP!
